CFRP加固损伤钢板的弯曲性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对含横向表面裂纹的受弯钢板,基于复合材料加固受弯钢板界面应力分布的理论解,设计了加固方案。通过有限元仿真分析了钢板受弯时粘结界面的应力分布和加固前后的受弯性能。最后通过试验验证了加固方案和计算方法。研究表明:有限元仿真结果与试验结果表现一致;对于含表面裂纹的受弯钢板,用CFRP加固可显著提高其抗弯刚度和承载能力,加固效果显著。 For the bending steel plate with surface cracks,the reinforcement scheme is designed based on the theoretical solution of interface stress distribution of bending steel plate reinforced with composite materials.The finite element simulation was used to analyze the interface stress distribution and the bending behavior of steel plate before and after reinforcement.Finally,the reinforcement scheme and calculation method were verified by experiments.The research shows that the finite element simulation results are consistent with the experimental results.For bending steel plates with surface cracks,reinforcement by CFRP can significantly improve the bending stiffness and bearing capacity,and the reinforcement effect is significant.
