脑外伤患者照顾者准备度现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Readiness of Caregivers for Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury

目的调查研究脑外伤患者照顾者准备度及其影响因素,为提升脑外伤患者照顾质量提供科学依据。方法采用便利抽样法,严格按照纳入、排除标准选取2019年10月至2020年1月就诊于某三甲医院的105名脑外伤患者照顾者为研究对象,采用自行设计一般资料问卷,中文版照顾者准备度量表(CPS)进行调查,并对照顾者准备度影响因素进行统计分析。结果照顾者准备度总分(17.51±4.61)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,照顾者性别、文化、自身健康状况、是否有共同照顾者、及患者创伤严重程度是照顾者准备度的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论临床工作中应该针对男性、文化程度较低、自身健康状况较差、没有共同照顾者、且患者创伤严重的照顾者需要给予耐心的指导,以提升照顾质量,促进患者健康。

Objective To investigate the readiness in caregivers for patients with traumatic brain injury and the influencing factors,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the quality of care.Methods The convenience sampling was used to select 105 caregivers for the patients with traumatic brain injury treated in a Grade III Level A hospital from October 2019 to January 2020 in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria.A self-designed general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of the Caregiver Preparation Scale(CPS)were used,and the factors affecting the caregivers’readiness were statistically analyzed.Results The total score of the caregivers’readiness was(17.51±4.61).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that caregivers’gender,culture,health status,having co-caregivers or not and severity of trauma were the main influencing factors of caregivers’readiness(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,patient guidance should be given to male caregivers with poor education and health condition,without co-caregivers,whose patients suffer from severe traumatic brain injury,so as to improve the quality of care and the patients’health condition.
