帕利哌酮与氨磺必利对首发精神分裂症的疗效及对记忆、认知功能及心律的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:研究帕利哌酮和氨磺必利对首发精神分裂症的疗效,及对患者记忆、认知功能和心律的影响。方法:首发精神分裂症患者65例,随机分为帕利哌酮组32例和氨磺必利组33例,分别给予帕利哌酮和氨磺必利治疗8周。于治疗前、后采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)进行疗效评价,采用简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)和韦氏记忆量表中国修订版(WMS-RC)评估患者的认知和记忆功能,完善心电图检测,观察QTc间期。结果:2组的总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组的MMSE及WMS-RS评分均高于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且帕利哌酮组高于氨磺必利组(P<0.05);治疗后,帕利哌酮组的QTc间期与治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),氨磺必利组的QTc间期高于本组治疗前且高于帕利哌酮组治疗后(均P<0.05)。结论:帕利哌酮与氨磺必利对首发精神分裂症疗效相当,帕利哌酮对改善记忆和认知功能损害效果更佳,且对患者心律的影响较小。
