摘要
地下连续墙基础基础尺寸巨大,承载力高,对地下连续墙基础开展原位试验非常困难,已有研究主要集中在模型试验或小荷载条件下的试验,地下连续墙基础承载特性的原位静载试验鲜有报道。本文采用自平衡法对某工程三片地下连续墙基础进行了现场原位试验,其中试验段地连墙SQ1为"L"型,平面长度为2.5m+2.5m,墙宽1m,墙深56.26m,试验段地连墙SQ2-1和SQ2-2为"一"型,平面长度为6m,墙宽1.2m,墙深为56.44m和56.91m,三片试验墙测试出最大极限承载力达到313998kN,给出了实测墙侧摩阻力和墙端阻力比例,试验墙尺寸及实测承载力远远超过国内外工程界已有成果,基于试验所得的成果可为国内外工程提供很好的借鉴作用。
It is very difficult to carry out in-situ test on the foundation of the diaphragm wall due to the large size and high bearing capacity of the foundation.The existing researches mainly focus on the model test or the test under the condition of small load,so there are few reports on the static load test of the bearing characteristics of the diaphragm wall foundation.In this paper,the in-situ test of three diaphragm wall foundations is carried out by using the self-balanced method.The test wall SQ1 is of "L"type,with plane length of 2.5 m + 2.5 m,wall width of 1 m and wall depth of 56.26 m.The test walls SQ2-1 and SQ2-2 are of linear type,with plane length of 6 m,wall width of 1.2 m,wall depth of 56.44 m and 56.91 m.The ultimate bearing capacity is 313998 kN.The ratio of the wall side friction resistance and the wall end resistance is given.The size of the test wall and the bearing capacity is far more than the existing achievements in the engineering field at home and abroad.The test results can provide a good reference for domestic and foreign projects.
