Experimental study on recoverable technology of steel pipe anchor

摘要 本文提出了钢管涂敷双酚A型环氧树脂E20作为减模剂,通过加热使减模剂熔融将钢管回收的技术。通过室内试验对涂有减模剂钢管的黏结强度进行了研究。试验结果表明,未涂减模剂的钢管与砂浆之间具有摩擦力,涂减模剂的钢管与减模剂之间具有摩擦力和粘结力,常态下减模剂与砂浆的黏结强度高于减模剂与钢管的黏结强度,且两者均高于钢管与砂浆的黏结强度,加热使减模剂熔融,黏结强度显著降低,能够施加较小的力达到钢管回收的目的。进一步分析常态下钢管与减模剂、钢管与砂浆之间的相互作用,得出钢管与减模剂、钢管与砂浆的侧阻力与位移之间的关系,并提出侧阻力与位移的计算方法。 In this paper,the technology of steel pipe coating bisphenol A epoxy resin E20 as a mold reduction agent is proposed,and the technology of melting the mold reduction agent by heating the tube is put forward.The bonding strength of steel pipe coated with demolded is studied through indoor tests.The test results show that there is friction between the steel pipe and the mortar without the mold reduction agent,the friction and bonding force between the steel pipe and the mold reduction agent,the bonding strength of the normal mold reduction agent and the mortar is higher than the bonding strength of the mold reduction agent and the steel pipe,and both are higher than the bonding strength of the steel pipe and mortar,and the heating makes the mold reduction agent melt.The bonding strength is significantly reduced,and a small force can be applied to achieve the purpose of steel pipe recovery.By further analysis of the normal under the normal steel pipe and mold reduction agent,steel pipe and mortar interaction,the relationships between the steel pipe and mold reduction agent,steel pipe and mortar side resistance and displacement are derived,and the calculation methods of side resistance and displacement are suggested.
