摘要
目的:建立前列欣胶囊中B、Al、Mg、Fe、Be、V、Co、Ni、Ga、Se、Sn、Sb、Ti、Mn、Zn、Rb、Sr和Ba等18种元素的含量测定方法。方法:样品经微波消解后采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS法)测定,射频功率为1.70 kW,载气流速为1.05 L·min-1。通过在线加入内标钪、锗、铟元素的方法来校正基体效应和干扰。结果:18种元素在检测质量浓度范围内线性关系均良好(r>0.996 7),各元素的回收率为93.4%~103.2%(RSD<5.27%,n=9),样品在消解后24 h内各元素稳定性良好(RSD<4.36%,n=6)。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于前列欣胶囊中18种元素的含量测定;前列欣胶囊中B、Al、Fe、Ti、Mn、Zn、Rb、Sr、Ba元素的含量相对较高。
Objective: To develop a method for the determination of 18 elements in Qianliexin capsules including B,Al,Mg,Fe,Be,V,Co,Ni,Ga,Se,Sn,Sb,Ti,Mn,Zn,Rb,Sr,and Ba. Methods: The samples were digested by microwave and determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS). The RF power was 1.70 kW and the flow rate of carrier gas was 1.05 L·min-1. The effect and interference of matrix was corrected by the on-line addition of internal standard elements Sc,Ge,and In.Results:The linearities of the 18 elements were good with the correlation coefficients( r) above 0.996 7. The RSDs of the injection precision test were within the range of 1.84%-4.76% and the RSDs of the repeatability test were within the range of 1.45%-5.37%. The recoveries of the 18 elements were within the range of 93.4%-103.2% with the RSDs below 5.27%. The stability of each element was good( RSD<4.36%) within 24 hours after digestion. Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and can be used for the content determination of 18 elements in Qianliexin capsules. The contents of B,Al,Fe,Ti,Mn,Zn,Rb,Sr and Ba in Qianliexin capsules are relatively high.
