黄芪三七合剂提取工艺考察

Study on the Extraction Process of Huagnqi Sanqi Mixture

目的:优选黄芪三七合剂的提取工艺。方法:以人参皂苷Rg1提取量及干膏率的综合评分为指标,在单因素基础上,采用正交试验考察加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数对综合评分的影响。结果:优选的提取工艺为:加10倍量水,浸泡1 h,提取4次,每次30 min,在此条件下进行了3次验证试验,结果人参皂苷Rg1平均提取量为24.45 mg·g-1,干膏率为41.00%。结论:优选的工艺稳定可行,可为中试生产提供数据支持。

Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Huangqi Sanqi mixture. Methods: With the content of ginsenoside Rg1 and the dry extract yield as the comprehensive evaluation index,on the basis of single factor experiment,the effects of water addition multiple,extraction duration and extraction times were optimized by orthogonal test. Results: The optimal extraction process was as follows: 10-fold amount of water was added,and the herbs were soaked for one hour and extracted for 4 times with 30 min for each time. Three validation tests were conducted under above conditions. The average extraction content of ginsenoside Rg1 was 24.45 mg·g-1 and the dry extract yield was 41.00%. Conclusion: The optimized process is stable and feasible,which provides data support for pilot production.
