摘要
饮食是引起肥胖的主要且可调控因素之一。高脂肪和高碳水化合物饮食均可能导致肥胖,两者的不同类型在肥胖形成中影响更显著。然而,脂肪和碳水化合物,谁发挥主要作用目前存在争议,总热量摄入过多仍为肥胖主导因素。明确脂肪和碳水化合物在肥胖形成中的作用机制,以及限制两者供能比对逆转肥胖的效果,将为预防和管理肥胖提供理论和实践依据。
Diet is closely related to obesity,which is one of the main and controllable factors of obesity.High-fat or high-carbohydrate diet may contribute to obesity and different types of the both will further affect obesity.However,who plays the main function is controversial.Excessive total calorie intake is still the dominant factor in obesity.Clarifying the mechanism of fat and carbohydrate in obesity formation,as well as the influence of limiting the both energy ratio in total energy on the treatment of obesity will provide theoretical and practical basis for the prevention and management of obesity.
