摘要 1700罩退平整机是典型的单机架四辊平整机,可调节弯辊、倾斜等板形,该机组主要平整罩式退火未平整产品及待二次平整的浪形缺陷产品,成品的厚度为0.4~2.5 mm。本文对1700罩退平整机辊缝标定过程及常见问题进行系统研究,简要阐述了该机组无带钢辊缝标定的步骤,同时,列举了标定过程容易产生的典型故障,以标定步骤为基础分析了故障产生的根本原因,并结合生产现场实际情况,给出了相应的管控方法和技术标准,为解决此类问题提供了可参考的方法。 1700 batch annealing SPM is a typical single stand four roll skin pass mill,with bending,tilting and other means of shape adjustment.The unit undertakes the task of flattening batch annealing products,wave defects to be treated products,and the thickness of finished products is 0.4~2.5 mm.In this paper,the process of roll gap calibration and common problems of 1700 cover flattening machine are systematically studied.The steps of no stripe gap calibration of the unit are briefly described.At the same time,the typical faults that are easy to occur in the calibration process are listed.Based on the calibration steps,the root causes of the faults are analyzed.Combined with the actual situation of the production site,the corresponding control methods and technical standards are given,which provide a reference for solving such problems.
