摘要
针对目前煤炭机械化采样的现状和存在的弊端,为解决目前新元矿火车装车煤采样时的技术难点,阳煤集团在新元矿安装应用了无胶带一体式全自动智能火车采样机。详细介绍了火车采样机系统的组成与原理,分析了阳煤集团新元矿火车装车现状,结合全自动智能火车采样机在新元矿的应用示范及性能试验进行应用效果分析。结果表明:该采样机采样时不影响火车运行并可规避加速及倒车危险,系统采用全新的无胶带式全密封采制一体化设计方案,有效解决了以往机械化采样机使用过程中的堵煤、沾煤、漏煤及煤样残留污染等问题,最大限度降低了采制样过程中的水分损失,系统偏倚和精密度试验结果均满足国家标准要求。系统可替代传统人工作业并提高采样效率,可为火车实现动态采样提供解决方案。
In view of present situation and disadvantages of mechanized coal sampling,in order to solve technical difficulties of coal sampling in train loading in Xinyuan mine,the non-belt integrated automatic intelligent train sampler was installed and applied in Xinyuan mine by Yangquan Coal Industry Group.The composition and principle of train sampler system were introduced in detail.The train loading status of Xinyuan mine was analyzed,combining with the application demonstration and performance test of automatic and intelligent train sampler in Xinyuan mine,the application effect analysis were done.The results show that:the sampler does not affect the train operation and can avoid the danger of accelerating and reversing when sampling.The sampler system adopts a new non-belt design scheme of fully sealed coal sampling and sample preparation.The problems of coal plugging,dipping,leakage and residual pollution of coal samples during the use of mechanized samplers have been solved effectively.It also minimize the water loss during sampling and sample preparation.The bias and precision of test results can meet the requirements of national standards.The system can replace the traditional manual work,save labor cost and improve the sampling efficiency,meanwhile,the system can provide a solution for train dynamic sampling.
