"Patsnap"-based analysis of worldwide wearable intelligent medical device patents

摘要 从年度申请量、法律状态及专利类型、专利申请人、技术领域、区域分布、高价值专利等角度对2010-2019年授予的全球可穿戴医疗设备专利进行定量和定性分析的结果显示,全球专利在技术领域、国家地区、专利权人中分布不均衡,专利数量多但高价值专利较少。通过专利分析有利于提升我国可穿戴医疗领域技术研发能力。 The worldwide wearable medical device patents granted in 2010-2019 were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed in terms of their annual application number,legal status,types,applicants,technical field,regional distribution and highly-valued number,which showed that the distribution of worldwide wearable medical intelligent device patents granted in 2010-2019 was uneven in technical field,countries and regions,and patentees,the number of patents was greater while that of highly-valued patents was smaller.Analysis of patents is beneficial to improve the R&D competence of domestic wearable medical device patents.
