摘要 为加快能源技术创新、提高机组供热期深度调峰能力和供热能力,红阳热电2号机组开展低压缸零出力技术改造。通过低压缸零出力技术在红阳热电2号机组上的应用,总结出在相同主蒸汽流量条件下,低压缸投入零出力运行后,机组供热抽汽流量增较改造前增加,供热热量相应增加;相同抽汽流量的条件下,低压缸投入零出力运行后,机组发电功率较改造前减小,深度调峰空间增加,可获得更多的辅助服务补偿;相同供热量条件下,低压缸投入零出力运行后,机组深度调峰空间增加,获得电网辅助服务补偿增加。 In order to accelerate the innovation of energy technology and improve the deep peak-shaving capacity and heating capacity of the unit during the heating period,Hongyang Thermal Power Unit 2 launched a low-pressure cylinder zero-power technical transformation.Through the practical application of the low-pressure cylinder zero output technology on Hongyang Thermal Power Unit 2,it is concluded that under the same main steam flow condition,after the low-pressure cylinder is put into zero output operation,the heat supply and extraction steam flow of the unit will increase compared with before the renovation,and the heat supply The load increases accordingly;under the condition of the same extraction steam flow,after the low-pressure cylinder is put into zero output operation,the generating power of the unit is reduced compared with before the transformation,and the depth peak shaving space is increased,and more auxiliary service compensation can be obtained;under the same heat supply condition After the low-pressure cylinder is put into operation with zero output,the unit's depth peak shaving space increases and the compensation for access to grid auxiliary services increases.
