摘要
与传统的集中供热系统相比,配置分布式变频泵的区域供热系统仅用泵控制更加节能。基于承德热力集团某枝状管网末端实际工程,采用Flowmaster软件对深寒期工况的两种不同调节方式进行模拟。结果表明,在相同工况下,采用泵控制比泵阀控制方案更加节能,而且在室外平均温度-14℃和-10℃情况下,总的输入功率分别减少15.78%和22.71%。仿真结果对分布式供热系统的节能和降低企业成本具有一定的指导意义。
Compared with the traditional central heating system,the district heating system with distributed variable frequency pumps only uses pump control to save energy.Based on the actual project of a branched pipe network at the end of Chengde heating company,Flowmaster software was used to simulate the different adjustment methods under two working conditions in the deep cold period.The results show that under the same working conditions,the use of pump control is more energy-efficient than the pump-valve control scheme,and the total input power is reduced by 15.78%and 22.71%under the outdoor ambient temperature of-14℃and-10℃,respectively.The simulation results have certain guiding significance for the energy saving of distributed heating systems and the reduction of enterprise costs.
