2015-2018年江西省化妆品监督抽检情况分析

Summary and Analysis of Supervision and Inspection Results of Cosmetics in Jiangxi Province during 2015 to 2018

通过对2015—2018年江西省化妆品监督抽检数据整理汇总,讨论了影响化妆品质量安全的若干问题。共抽检化妆品4762批次,包括防晒类、面膜类、染发类等10类化妆品。其中问题产品323批次,问题产品发现率6.8%,涉及问题主要为防腐剂、防晒剂等种类与标签标识不一致;不合格样品61批次,不合格率为1.3%,不合格原因主要为违规添加糖皮质激素和抗生素类成分、重金属和微生物指标不合格等。可以得出:化妆品合格率呈上升趋势,问题产品发现率显著下降,江西省化妆品质量安全形势呈稳中向好趋势。

Through compiling and summarizing the data of cosmetics supervision and inspection results in Jiangxi province during 2015 to 2018,the issues affecting quality safety of cosmetics were discussed.A total of 4762 batches of cosmetics were sampled,including 10 types of cosmetics such as sunscreen,mask and hair dye,etc.Among them,there were 323 batches of problem products and the discovery rate of problem products was 6.8%.The main problems involved were inconsistencies of labels of preservatives and sunscreens;61 batches of samples were unqualified and the failure rate was 1.3%.The main reasons for the failure were the addition of glucocorticoids and antibiotics,the contents of heavy metals and microbiological test results were unqualified.It can be concluded that the qualified rate of cosmetics showed an upward trend,and the discovery rate of problem products decreased significantly.The quality safety situation of cosmetics in Jiangxi province showed a steady trend.
