黄连祛痘霜的制备及评价

Preparation and Evaluation of Huanglian Anti-Acne Cream

为制备黄连祛痘霜并进行质量和药效评价,通过基质筛选和工艺优化制得O/W型黄连祛痘霜,并对其外观、pH值、膏体类型和稳定性等进行考察,采用金黄地鼠背部皮脂腺斑为痤疮模型验证祛痘霜的效果。结果发现:所制备的O/W型的黄连祛痘霜为淡黄色均匀细腻的膏体,pH为5~6;室温下存放30 d其外观和pH无明显变化;经睾酮造模后的金黄地鼠涂抹黄连祛痘霜20 d后皮脂腺斑面积明显缩小(P<0.05)。所制备的O/W型黄连祛痘霜质量稳定可靠,动物试验初步证明其抑制痤疮的效果良好。

To prepare Huanglian anti-acne cream and evaluate its quality and efficacy,the O/W Huanglian anti-acne cream was prepared through matrix screening and process optimization,and its appearance,pH value,paste type and stability were investigated.The effect of anti-acne cream was verified by the sebaceous glands on the back of golden hamster as acne model.The results showed that the O/W Huanglian anti-acne cream was a pale yellow uniform cream,its pH value was 5 to 6,and there were no obvious changes in appearance and pH when it was stored at room temperature for 30 days.The area of sebaceous gland spots of golden hamsters treated with testosterone was significantly reduced after treating with Huanglian anti-acne cream for 20 days(P<0.05).The quality of the prepared O/W Huanglian anti-acne cream is stable and reliable,and animal experiments initially showed that it had a good effect in inhibiting acne.
