影响青少年门诊女性患者是否有性生活经历的相关因素分析及需求研究

Analysis on factors influencing whether female patients from adolescent clinic have sexual experience and their sexual needs

目的了解影响青少年门诊女性患者是否有性生活经历的因素及对性健康的需求。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月昆明市妇幼保健院青少年女性门诊接诊的500例患者作为研究对象。均采用单纯随机抽样方法随机抽取,对其进行问卷调查。结果年龄、受教育状态、父母最高学历、性知识来源对青少年门诊女性患者是否有性生活的相关因素,18岁~20岁的非在校学生、父母最高学历在初中及以下青少年门诊女性患者有性生活经历比例较高;父母最高学历为大学专科/本科、性知识来源为家庭对青少年门诊女性患者性生活的发生具有保护作用。结论家庭因素是影响青少年有无性生活的重要因素。

Objective To investigate the factors influencing whether female patients from adolescent clinic have sexual experience and their sexual needs.Methods A total of 500 adolescent female patients,admitted to the outpatient department of Kunming Woman and Child Health Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly selected by using the simple random sampling method,to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results Age,education status,parents′education level and sources of sexual knowledge are related factors to whether female adolescent outpatients have sexual life.The proportion of non-school students aged 18~20 years old and female adolescent outpatients with parents′education level in junior middle school or below has a higher rate of sexual life experience.The parents with junior college/undergraduate degree or above and the family as the source of sexual knowledge have a protective effect on the sexual life of adolescent female patients.Conclusions Family is an important factor that affects whether the youth have sex life or not.
