摘要
以角位移传感器为研究对象,探讨传感器安装误差对轨道超高量检测的影响,采用解析几何的方法建立误差分析模型。在温度25℃、相对湿度50%RH的条件下采集实验数据进行仿真模型有效性及可靠性验证。结果表明:如需满足超高测量精度±0.5 mm的精度要求,传感器的水平及坡度安装误差均不得大于1°。
Angular displacement sensor is taken as object of rearch to discuss influence of sensors installation error on super-elevation measurement.The error analysis models are established by using analytic geometry method.Experimental data are required under the condition of 25℃and 50%relative humidity(RH)to verify effectiveness and reliability of the simulation models.The result shows that the installation error should not more than 1°,if the requirement of super-elevation measurement precision shoule meet±0.5 mm.
