摘要
本文突破了大型铸锻件修补的关键技术。修复焊粉熔点低,获得的修复层与铸锻件基体硬度相当、结合强度高,可再次机械加工,实现了修复材料的安全、环保、清洁,全面提高重型装备的生产效率,减少因缺陷的出现而导致的资源浪费,降低综合成本,提高整体资源利用率。
this paper breaks through the key technology of large casting and forging repair.The repair powder has low melting point,the obtained repair layer has the same hardness and high bonding strength as the matrix of the casting and forgings,which can be machined again,which can realize the safety,environmental protection and cleaning of the repair material,improve the production efficiency of heavy equipment,reduce the waste of resources caused by defects,reduce the comprehensive cost and improve the utilization rate of resources.
