摘要
选矿厂废水的处理一直以来都是矿山企业清洁生产的一大难题,本文通过对四川某铅锌矿选矿厂废水进行混凝沉淀-活性炭吸附处理,从而有效解决了废水中的CODCr值偏高的问题。废水回收利用后,废水中残留药剂对生产指标基本上没有太大的影响,还因此节约了部份药剂成本,回收利用效果较好,既降低了废水处理成本,又提高了浮选过程的清洁生产程度,从而可实现选矿厂废水的零排放。此清洁生产技术对矿山企业保护环境,实现可持续发展具有很好的促进作用。
The treatment of wastewater from the concentrator has always been a major problem in the clean production of mining enterprises.This article uses the coagulation precipitation-activated carbon adsorption treatment on the wastewater from a lead-zinc mine in Sichuan to effectively solve the high CODCr value in the wastewater.After the waste water is recycled,the residual chemicals in the waste water basically do not have much impact on the production indicators,and therefore save part of the cost of the chemicals,and the recycling effect is better,which not only reduces the waste water treatment cost,but also improves the cleanliness of the flotation process.The production level can realize zero discharge of wastewater from the concentrator.This clean production technology has a good role in promoting environmental protection and sustainable development of mining enterprises.
