浅谈新形势下强化国有企业精神文明建设的探索与实践——以中国移动通信集团 四川有限公司为例

On the Exploration and Practice of Strengthening the Construction of Spiritual Civilization in State-owned Enterprises Under the New Situation——Take China Mobile Communications Group Sichuan Co.,Ltd.as An Example

精神文明是国有企业建设的“根和魂”,是企业文化建设的重要组成部分,对促进企业可持续健康发展具有重大现实意义,但面临新时期新形势,国有企业如何将党的建设与精神文明建设有机融合,充分发挥凝心聚力的作用,却也面临着一些新的复杂情况和问题。本文以中国移动通信集团四川有限公司(以下简称四川公司)精神文明建设情况为例,通过工作实践,分析目前企业精神文明建设存在的一些问题,梳理近年来企业精神文明建设的举措和成效,并对下一步国有企业精神文明建设的方向进行思考和探索。

Spiritual civilization is the"root and soul"of the construction of state-owned enterprises and an important component of the construction of enterprise culture.It is of great practical significance in promoting the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises,how the state-owned enterprises integrate the party construction and the spiritual civilization construction organically,and give full play to the cohesive force,but also face some new complex situations and problems.Taking the spiritual civilization construction of China Mobile Communication Group Sichuan Co.,Ltd.,(hereinafter referred to as Sichuan Company)as an example,this paper analyzes some problems existing in the enterprise spiritual civilization construction through working practice,combing the measures and achievements of enterprise spiritual civilization construction in recent years,and thinking and exploring the direction of state-owned enterprise spiritual civilization construction in the next step.
