超细碳酸钙与ABS的共混改性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混工艺制备碳酸钙(CaCO3)与丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)的复合材料,其中CaCO3粒子的质量分数为0%~20%。采用注塑机制备标准拉伸和冲击样条,在室温下测量了样条拉伸性能和冲击性能。结果表明:当CaCO3的质量分数小于20%时,拉伸强度随CaCO3的增加有所增加,然后呈线性减小,并且在CaCO3的质量分数为5%时达到最大值23 MPa。当CaCO3的质量分数小于20%时,试样的冲击强度随着CaCO3的增加明显增加,然后缓慢减小。当CaCO3的质量分数为5%时,冲击强度达到最大值12.5 kJ/m^2。 CaCO3 and ABS composites were prepared by twin-screw extruder melt blending process.The mass fraction of CaCO3 particles is 0%~20%.Standard tensile and impact splines were prepared by injection molding machine,and their tensile and impact properties were measured at room temperature.The results show that when the mass fraction of CaCO3 is less than 20%,the tensile strength increases with the increase of CaCO3,and then decreases linearly.The maximum value is 23 MPa when the mass fraction of CaCO3 is 5%.When the mass fraction of CaCO3 is less than 20%,the impact strength of the specimen increases obviously with the increase of CaCO3,and then decreases slowly.When the mass fraction of CaCO3 is 5%,the impact strength reaches the maximum value of 12.5 kJ/m^2.
