Application of PLC in Storage and Transportation Automation System of Petrochemical Enterprises

油品储运体系作为石油化工企业经营中非常重要的一项环节,石油化工行业每天都会储运大量石油,且数据较多。在日常工作中,很有可能发生错误与缺漏,为有效避免人为管理方面存在的问题,石油化工行业需采用高水平自动化机械与安全系数较高的装控体系,而应用PLC电子系统恰好可以满足这一需求。因此,首先介绍储运自动化体系的构成,然后分析罐区监控体系中PLC的应用现状,最后分析在石油化工企业罐区监控体系中,数据采集与监控现场执行机构PLC自动储运油品系统的应用效率,旨在保障我国石油化工企业的可持续发展。

Oil storage and transportation system as a very important part of the operation of petrochemical enterprises,petrochemical industry will store and transport a large amount of oil every day,and there are a lot of data.In daily work,errors and omissions are likely to occur.In order to ensure the petrochemical industry to effectively avoid the problems of human management in the storage and transportation of petroleum,the petrochemical industry needs to adopt high-level automatic machinery and high safety factor of the installation control system,and the application of PLC electronic system can just meet this demand.Therefore,this paper first introduces the composition of storage and transportation automation system,and then analyzes the application status of PLC in rod area monitoring system.Finally,it analyzes the application efficiency of PLC automatic storage and transportation oil system in the monitoring system of petrochemical enterprise tank farm,aiming to ensure the sustainable development of China’s petrochemical enterprises.
