摘要
针对KDON-40000/10000型空分装置运行过程中出现的常见故障情况进行分析并提出了优化改进方案,通过采取相关措施可以有效地提高设备的可靠性和操作人员应急处置能力,避免因异常工况造成生产事故和损失。
Based on the analysis of common faults in the operation process of kDon-40000/10000 air separation unit,the optimization and improvement scheme is proposed.The relevant measures can effectively improve the reliability of the equipment and the emergency disposal capacity of operators,and avoid production accidents and losses caused by abnormal working conditions.
