Study on Safety Production Management of Tank Farm in Chemical Enterprises

化工企业中储罐区作为非常重要的一部分,属于集散化工原料、中间产品与成品的场所,还是化工安全生产的关键步骤之一。石油化工企业罐区存储的化工品数量众多,没有任何的生产装置与之媲美。因此,罐区的安全直接与整个化工企业正常生产有关,如果安全管理措施不到位,那么会造成无法估量的损失。通过分析罐区的危险性,提出罐区安全技术,进而研究化工企业罐区安全生产管理对策。

As a very important part of chemical enterprises,storage tank farm is a place where chemical raw materials,intermediate products and finished products are distributed,and it is also one of the key steps of chemical safety production.There is a large number of chemicals stored in the tank farm of petrochemical enterprises,and no production equipment can match it.Therefore,the safety of the tank farm is directly related to the normal production of the whole chemical enterprise.If the safety management measures are not in place,it will cause immeasurable losses.This paper will introduce and analyze the danger of tank farm,put forward the safety technology of tank farm,and then study the management countermeasures of safe production in tank farm of chemical enterprises.
