Environmental monitoring can feedback the data of environment in real time,which is of great significance to environmental protection and governance.Especially with the rapid development of economy in recent years,the ecological environment has been affected to a certain extent,so it is necessary to play the role of environmental monitoring and carry out the work of environmental governance in depth.Based on this,this paper starts with the significance of environmental monitoring,first analyzes the content and purpose of environmental monitoring,and then focuses on the role of environmental monitoring in promoting environmental governance.
