化工项目初期雨水收集池设计探讨

Design of Rainwater Collection Tank in the Initial Stage of Chemical Project

化工生产企业的室外装置区、设备区、储罐区等地方,管道及设备的跑冒滴漏现象比较严重,经过雨水的冲刷,此部分受污染的雨水混入雨水系统,对环境造成污染。对初期雨水的收集范围、收集措施、水量计算、收集管线切换、收集池容积的设计进行分析,结合具体的案例对初期雨水收集池的设计进行介绍。

In the outdoor plant area,equipment area,storage tank area and other places of chemical production enterprises,the phenomenon of pipeline and equipment running,emitting,dripping and leaking is relatively serious.After being washed by rainwater,this part of polluted rainwater mixed into the rainwater system,causing pollution to the environment.This paper analyzes and discusses the collection range,collection measures,water volume calculation,collection pipeline switching,and the design of the volume of the collection tank,and introduces the design of the initial rainwater collection pool combined with specific cases.
