水是人们生存必不可少的资源之一,但是随着经济的不断发展,地表水受到了不同程度的污染,因此要合理开展地表水环境监测工作,为环境管理工作提供科学依据,避免水资源的持续污染。基于此,从地表水环境监测的意义入手,首先分析地表水环境监测的进展和地表水环境监测的问题,然后探究了地表水环境监测的完善措施。

Water is one of the indispensable resources for people’s survival.However,with the continuous development of economy,surface water has been polluted to varying degrees.Therefore,surface water environment monitoring must be carried out reasonably to provide scientific basis for environmental management.Avoid continuous pollution of water resources.Based on this,this article starts with the meaning of surface water environment monitoring,first analyzes the progress of surface water environment monitoring and the problems of surface water environment monitoring,and then explores the perfect measures for surface water environment monitoring.
