矿井水处理工艺设计与运行实例

摘要 随着煤炭资源的不断开发,地下水资源越来越短缺,为保护好地下水资源,矿井水污染的高效治理和矿井水资源的综合利用显得尤为重要。内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市某煤矿的矿井水采用絮凝+斜板沉淀+高效纤维束过滤+活性炭过滤组合工艺处理,出水水质指标稳定,达到《煤炭工业污染物排放标准》(GB20426—2006)、《煤矿井下消防、洒水设计规范》(GB50383—2006)和《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T18920—2002)的标准,满足煤矿生产及绿化回用的要求。该项目工艺设计简单,运行稳定,可为其他煤矿的矿井废水处理工艺设计提供参考。 With the continuous development of coal resources,groundwater resources are becoming more and more scarce.In order to protect groundwater resources,efficient treatment of mine water pollution and comprehensive utilization of mine water resources are particularly important.The combined process of flocculation,inclined plate sedimentation,high efficiency fiber bundle filtration and activated carbon filtration was used to treat the mine water of a coal mine in Ordos Inner Mongolia.The effluent quality meets the standards of discharge standard of pollutants for coal industry(GB20426-2006),design code for fire prevention and sprinkling system in underground coalmines(GB50383-2006)and urban sewage recycling(GB/T18920-2002),and meets the requirements of production and greening reuse.The process is simple in design and stable in operation,which can provide reference for other mine water treatment design.
