摘要
对于大位移水平井钻井技术发展而言,必须要充分考虑地层实际情况、钻井速度、钻井质量、事故安全等因素,进一步提高大位移水平井钻井提速技术,明确其中岩层质量、井下温度和压持效应三大限制因素。主要针对该技术发展现状以及限制因素提出了新的优化思路,通过改进PDC钻头性能稳定,优选的钻具组合;优化阳离子钻井液体系速;优化井眼轨迹控制减摩减扭,降低摩阻扭矩,提高钻井速度。
For the development of extended-reach horizontal well drilling technology,it is necessary to fully consider factors such as actual formation conditions,drilling speed,drilling quality,accident safety,etc.,to further improve the drilling speedup technology of extended-reach horizontal wells,and clarify the formation quality,downhole temperature and The three major limiting factors of the holding effect.This article mainly proposes new optimization ideas based on the current development status of the technology and the limiting factors.It is hoped that by improving the performance of the PDC bit,the optimal drilling tool assembly;optimizing the speed of the cationic drilling fluid system;optimizing the wellbore trajectory to control friction and torque reduction,and reduce friction Resistance torque,improve drilling speed.
