污水处理厂剩余污泥理论估算与实际产量的比较 被引量:1

摘要 分析我国《室外排水设计规范》中剩余污泥产量计算公式,并以山东地区3个污水厂的实测数据为基础,对理论公式与实际污泥产量进行了对比分析。结果表明,3个污水厂的线性回归结果均较好,且污泥衰减系数均为负值,实际污泥产量与理论计算结果相差较大。污泥产量公式中的主要变量,即悬浮物去除量、化学需氧量去除量和污泥衰减,对3个污水厂实际污泥产量的影响均不同。对污水厂实际产泥量进行线性回归分析发现,污水厂A系统中的污泥总量对产泥量的影响较大,而污水厂B的产泥量更多取决于化学需氧量和悬浮物的去除量,污水厂C的污泥产量则与悬浮物去除量关系较大。通过研究发现,在实际运行过程中,由于进水中含有工业污水、污泥出路、化验分析存在误差等多种原因,不宜简单利用理论计算公式预测实际污泥产量,而应基于常年数据统计、相关试验等多种分析方法,结合统计学方法,获得更加准确的污泥产量预测值。 Based on quantitative estimation of residual activated sludge,estimation method in Code for Design of Outdoor Drainage Engineering of China was analyzed.With robust analysis,three different WWTPs in Shandong Province were chose to analyze actual operational data including actual amount of residual activated sludge.There were significant differences between theoretical and practical quantity of sludge amount.With linear regression analysis,it demonstrated that sludge amount of plant A depended on total mixed liquid volatile suspended solids(MLVSS)amount in biological system,while that of plant B had more relation with chemical oxidation demand and suspended solid removal,and the sludge amount of plant C attributed to removal of suspended solid.The results implied that it was not sufficient to decide sludge amount if it only relied on some formulas.Because different theories had many different assumptions,for example,no industrial wastewater in sewage,no error in analyses or data etc.,that could not be controlled in actual operation.Therefore,it was more suitable to carry out statistic analyze,different experiments combined with statistical methods to accurate the estimation of the quantity of residual activated sludge.
