摘要
介绍现有酚氨回收装置的工艺流程、运行情况和离心萃取的原理及设备,分析现有萃取塔存在的问题和萃取塔塔底出水总酚含量超标的原因。论证离心机萃取鲁奇炉含酚废水的可行性,通过分析某酚氨回收装置实际运行情况和离心萃取试验结果的方法,提出酚萃取工艺技术改造方案,并分析方案的技术性和经济性。
Process and operational aspect of the existing phenol ammonia recovery unit,and the principle and equipment of centrifugal extraction are introduced.The problems with extraction tower and the reason why total phenol content in the effluent of extraction tower exceeds the standard are analyzed.Feasibility of extracting phenol-containing wastewater from centrifuge extraction Lurgi furnace is proved.By analyzing actual operation of a phenol-ammonium recovery unit and experimental results of centrifugal extraction,technical transformation scheme of phenol extraction process is put forward,and technical renovation and economic properties of the scheme are also analyzed.
