Brief Comments on Design Proposal for Sponge City Facilities Construction in WWTP

污水处理厂作为城市基础设施的一部分,是海绵城市控制目标实现的重要组成部分。文中通过实例分析了污水处理厂构建海绵城市设施的全过程。在对下垫面拆解与分析的基础上,通过不同低影响开发措施的有机组合,最终实现了年径流总量控制率的要求,为污水处理厂海绵城市设施建设设计方案提供了积极的借鉴作用。

Wastewater treatment plant is an important part of urban infrastructure project in achieving the goal of sponge city construction.This paper discusses the design of sponge city facilities construction in a WWTP.Through analyzing underlying surface,the result meets the requirement of control ratio of annual runoff by optimizing combination of different kinds of related LID measures.It plays certain reference role in design proposal for sponge city facilities construction in WWTP.
