摘要
从钢壳三维作业生产设计、钢壳智能化加工制造、工厂物联网建设和钢壳焊接管理等方面入手,探讨BIM技术在上述各方面的实施方法,实现BIM技术在船厂钢壳智能制造中对模型设计、交付、智能生产线集成、网络安全、物联网建设、人员设备监控、焊缝地图等功能的实际应用,为船厂在钢壳施工中所使用的设计系统、生产管理系统等与BIM技术进行有机结合,促进钢壳制造在BIM管理平台中的有效管控。
Started with the steel shell 3D operation production design,steel shell intelligent machining and manufacturing,factory Internet of Things construction,and steel shell welding management,etc.,the implementation methods of BIM technology in the above-mentioned aspects are explored,so as to realize the practical application of BIM technology functions in the shipyard steel shell intelligent manufacturing,such as model design,delivery,intelligent production line integration,network security,Internet of Things construction,personnel and equipment monitoring and control,weld map,etc.The design system,production management system,etc.,used in the shipyard steel shell construction,are combined with BIM technology organically,so as to promote the effective management and control of steel shell manufacturing in BIM management platform.
