针灸康复疗法联合关节镜膝关节清理术对膝骨性关节炎患者血清IGF-1、TGF-β及FGF-2水平的影响

Effect of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Combined with Arthroscopic Knee Dissection on Serum Levels of IGF-1,TGF-β and FGF-2 in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨针灸康复疗法联合关节镜膝关节清理术对膝骨性关节炎患者血清胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)和成纤维细胞生长因子2(FGF-2)水平的影响。方法:选取2018年4月至2019年5月首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院收治的膝骨性关节炎患者94例,依据不同治疗方式分2组,对照组应用关节镜膝关节清理术,研究组联合应用针灸康复疗法,比较2组Lysholm膝关节评分差异及变化,治疗前、后血清FGF-2、IGF-1及TGF-β水平差异及变化。结果:治疗后,研究组Lysholm膝关节评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血清FGF-2、IGF-1及TGF-β水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予膝骨性关节炎患者使用关节镜下膝关节清理术联合针灸康复疗法,可显著提高患者的血清FGF-2、IGF-1及TGF-β水平。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy combined with arthroscopic knee arthroscopy on serum levels of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1), fibroblast growth factor-2(FGF-2) and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:94 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Beijing Tongren Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from April2018 to May 2019 were selected. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The differences and changes of Lysholm knee score between the two groups were compared. Differences and changes in serum FGF-2, IGF-1 and TGF-β levels before and after treatment were analyzed.Results:After treatment,Lysholm knee score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Serum FGF-2, IGF-1 and TGF-β levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum FGF-2, IGF-1 and TGF-β levels in patients with knee osteoarthritis were significantly increased by arthroscopic knee clearance combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy.
