程序性死亡配体1的转运与稳定性

摘要 细胞膜蛋白程序性死亡配体1(PD-L1)是重要的免疫抑制因子,肿瘤细胞发展时可高表达于肿瘤细胞的膜表面,并与被激活的T细胞膜表面的受体程序性死亡受体1(PD-1)结合,向身体的免疫系统传导抑制信号,从而帮助肿瘤细胞实现免疫逃逸。近期研究发现,PKD、顺铂诱导磷酸化及CD40等可参与或影响PD-L1的转运,CMTM4/6、HIP1R1及二甲双胍影响PD-L1的稳定性,进而影响肿瘤免疫逃逸。本文就肿瘤中PD-L1的转运及稳定性相关影响因子的研究进展进行简要综述。 The membrane protein programmed death ligand-1(PD-L1)is an important immunosuppressive factor.When tumor cells develop,PD-L1 are highly expressed on the surface of tumor cells and binds with the activated the programmed death receptor-1(PD-1)on the membrane surface of T cells to transmit inhibitory signals to the body immune system,thereby helping tumor cells to achieve immune escape.Recent studies show that PKD,cisplatin-induced phosphorylation and CD40 participate in or influence the transport of PD-L1,and CMTM4/6,HIP1R1 and metformin affect the stability of PD-L1,which in turn has an effect on the tumor immune escape.This article briefly reviewed the research progress of PD-L1 transport and stability related factors in tumors.
