At the crucial moment of finishing building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,colleges and universities should constantly promote the conceptual innovation in their assistance in poverty alleviation,and establish the new concept of shouldering the political responsibility,providing assistance in the construction and poverty alleviation in rural areas,and advancing deep integration to build a development community.Colleges and universities should continuously and consciously carry out the new concept,give full play to their own unique advantages,motivate the students and teachers to shoulder the responsibility for winning the battle against poverty,enhance confidence,bring out greater dynamism and improve the practice efficiency.Only in this way can colleges and universities try their best to contribute ingenuity and strength to finishing building a moderately prosperous society in all respects within the set time frame,and promote their own development at the same time.
