摘要
社区抗逆力在灾害管理实践中的作用日益受到重视。文章首先从渐进性灾害与突发性灾害的对比中获取突发性灾害下社区抗逆力动态演化特点,并提出每一过程中相应的应对措施;其次,以DROP模型为基础,通过公式推导与模型构建,从内在抗逆力与自适应弹性两个角度出发,分别提出在突发性灾害情境下不同社区的抗逆力模型,说明社区类型与社区抗逆力的关系;最后指出突发性灾害情境下社区抗逆力动态演化的影响因素,以期能为完善社区管理工作提供参考。
The role of community resilience in disaster management practice is increasingly valued.Firstly,this paper obtains the dynamic evolution characteristics of community resilience in the context of sudden disasters through the comparison between gradual disasters and sudden disasters,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in each process.Secondly,based on the DROP model,through formula derivation and model construction,and from the perspective of inherent resilience and adaptive resilience,this paper proposes resilience models of different communities in the context of sudden disasters to illustrate the relationship between community types and community resilience.Finally,the factors influencing the dynamic evolution of community resilience in the context of sudden disasters are given in order to provide reference for improving community management.
