民国时期安徽黄山的旅游规划与建设——1934-1943年黄山建设委员会对黄山景区的开发

Tourism Planning and Construction of Huangshan Mountain in Anhui Province during the Republic of China:Development of Huangshan Scenic Area by Huangshan Construction Committee from 1934 to 1943

民国时期,由于黄山旅游开发的巨大潜力和中国旅游发展的短暂繁荣,其旅游规划与建设受到政府与社会的关注。通过文献调查与梳理发现,1934-1943年黄山建设委员会主持下的旅游规划建设成立有专门的组织机构,制订了多种建设规划(计划),在土地利用、交通开发与游线设计、游憩设施与相关生产建设等方面提出了旅游开发构想,并取得了一定规模的建设成就;第一次勘定了景区边界,建设了黄山历史上第一批专门的旅游接待设施。这不仅促进了黄山旅游事业的发展,使黄山旅游在一个较短时期内渐趋繁盛,也为以后黄山旅游开发建设打下了一定的基础。

The great potential of Huangshan tourism development and the short prosperity of Chinese tourism development in the period of the Republic of China made its tourism planning and construction attract the attention of the government and the society.Through literature investigation and analysis,it is found that,during the 19341943,presided over by the Huangshan Construction Committee,special organizations for the tourism planning and construction were set up,a variety of construction plans was made,the tourism development conception in the land use,traffic development and tour line design,recreation facilities and related production construction was put forward,and some construction achievements were made.The boundary of the scenic area was determined for the first time,and the first groups of special tourist reception facilities were built in the history of Huangshan.It promoted the development of Huangshan tourism,made Huangshan tourism flourish in a relatively short period of time,and laid a foundation for the development and construction of Huangshan tourism.
