基于模糊综合评价法的民营经济技术创新能力研究

Research on technological innovation ability of private economy based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method

技术创新是民营经济实现转型升级和持续发展的重要驱动力。在梳理企业技术创新能力相关研究成果基础上,运用模糊综合评价法构建涵盖研发投入能力、研发产出能力、企业家特质和企业组织与资源等要素构成的民营经济技术创新能力评价模型。最后,以湖南省湘中制药有限公司为例,提出聚焦主业发展、弘扬创新精神、拓宽融资渠道和加大研发投入等促进民营经济技术创新能力提高的若干建议。

Technological innovation is an important driving force for the transformation,upgrading and sustainable development of private economy.On the basis of sorting out the relevant research results of enterprises'technological innovation capability,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to build an evaluation model of technological innovation ability of private economy,which includes research and development(R&D)input capacity,R&D output capacity,entrepreneur characteristics,enterprise organization and resources.Taking Hunan Xiangzhong Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.as an example,some suggestions are put forward to improve the technological innovation ability of private economy,such as focusing on the development of main business,carrying forward the spirit of innovation,broadening financing channels and increasing R&D investment.
