摘要
提出一种基于综合资源约束的关键链缓冲区大小计算方法,以设置有效的缓冲区来保护项目按计划完工。首先,利用分段模糊函数来确定不同物理资源需求强度下的物理资源约束系数;其次,采用设计结构矩阵(DSM)描述活动之间的信息流交互情况,据此确定活动的信息资源约束系数,结合物理资源约束系数,确定综合资源约束系数;最后,提出基于综合资源约束的关键链缓冲区大小计算方法。算例仿真结果表明,文中方法能有效缩短项目工期和促进项目按时完工率,并且这种效果随风险增高更为显著。
A critical chain buffer size calculation method based on comprehensive resource constraints is proposed to set up effective buffer to protect project completion on schedule.Firstly,the physical resource constraint coefficients under different physical resource demand intensities are determined by using the segmented fuzzy function;secondly,the information flow interaction between activities is described by using the design structure matrix(DSM),and then the information resource constraint coefficient of activities is determined.Combined with the physical resource constraint coefficients,the comprehensive resource constraint coefficients are determined;finally,a critical chain buffer size calculation method based on comprehensive resource constraints is proposed.The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively shorten the project duration and improve the project completion rate,and this effect is more significant with the increase of risks.
