A Review of the Performance and Rule of Law Construction of Tianjin Free Trade Zone

天津自贸区是继上海自贸区后,我国第二批设立的自贸区之一。近年来,其在行政、金融、外贸与海关、多元化纠纷解决等方面进行了多项制度创新与改革,既助力天津自贸区的发展,也为其他自贸区提供了宝贵的经验。在巩固已有创新成果的同时,天津自贸区仍须在税收减免、金融领域交易安全与效率的协调、多元化纠纷解决机制的完善等方面,进一步深化改革及着力建设。

The Tianjin Free Trade Zone is one of the second batch of free trade zones established in China after Shanghai Free Trade Zone.In recent years,its institutional innovation and rule of law construction in such aspects as administration,finance,foreign trade and customs,and diversified dispute resolution have not only promoted the development of the trade zone,but also provided valuable experience for the development of other free trade zones.While consolidating the existing innovations,Tianjin Free Trade Zone still needs to deepen rule of law in terms of tax reduction and reform,coordination of transaction security and efficiency in the financial sector,and further improvement in using multiple methods for dispute resolution.
