不同基质和营养液对金毛狗孢子萌发与幼苗生长的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Different Substrate and Nutrient Solution on Spore Germination and Seedling Growth of Cibotium Barometz

摘要 为研究基质和营养液对金毛狗孢子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,采用不同基质和营养液分别对金毛狗孢子萌发过程中原叶体和孢子体形成的时间长短进行观察,并对不同基质和营养液条件下种植的金毛狗幼苗新生叶片、平均叶长、平均叶宽进行测量。结果表明:原叶体在所选基质上都能形成,其中以沃施园艺通用培养土作为基质时原叶体形成时间最短,各基质间原叶体出现时间长短顺序为:营养土<兰花基质=泥炭土<烤烟基质<田土<珍珠岩<锯木屑;孢子体出现时间最短的是沃施园艺通用培养土,各基质间原叶体出现时间长短顺序为:培养土<兰花基质<锯木屑=烤烟基质<田土<泥炭土,珍珠岩作为基质时金毛狗未出现孢子体;使用兰花基质和沃施园艺通用培养土种植金毛狗叶数、叶长和叶宽均比田土和烤烟基质种植时好;各营养液间叶数、叶长和叶宽均没有显著差异,但均优于对照。 In order to study the effect of substrate and nutrient solution on spore germination and seedling growth of Cibotium Barometz,the time of the formation of protoplasts and sporophyte during the germination of the Cibotium Barometz spore was observed and recorded as well as its seedling new leaves,the average length and width of leaf by using different substrates and nutrient solutions.The results showed that the protoplasts could be formed on all selected substrates,among which the shortest time of protoplasts formation was using the universal culturing soil of Worsch Garden Company as the substrate.The time sequence of the budding of protoplasts was as follow,culturing soil<orchid substrate=peat soil<flue cured tobacco substrate<field soil<perlite<sawdust.The results also indicated that the shortest time of the budding of spore was using the universal soil of Worsch Garden Company as the substrate.The time sequence of it was culturing soil<orchid substrate<sawdust=flue cured tobacco substrate<field soil<peat soil.There was no spore of sporophyte in Cibotium Barometz emerged when using perlite as substrate.The leaf number,leaf length and leaf width of Cibotium Barometz planted in orchid substrate and universal culturing soil of Worsch Garden Company were better than those in field soil and flue-cured tobacco substrate.There was no obvious difference in the leaf number,length and width under varied nutrient solutions,but they were all better than the control.
