摘要
利用当地丰富的菌草资源,探索栽培榆黄蘑的技术,确定榆黄蘑菌丝生长阶段的最佳配方。以菌草为栽培主料对榆黄蘑菌丝进行了生长影响的试验,在对培养基含水量、接种量、pH及培养温度进行单因素试验的基础上,以菌丝生长综合评价为指标进行L9(34)正交试验优化培养条件。结果表明,菌草添加量为40%时,菌丝体洁白粗壮,生长周期最短;最佳培养条件为培养基含水量60%、接种量8%、pH 6.5、培养温度25℃。为延安菌草资源的开发利用及菌草栽培榆黄蘑提供理论参考。
The technology of cultivating Pleurotus citrinopileatus was explored by using the rich local resources of Pennisetum giganteum,and the best formula of mycelium growth stage was determined.The experiment on the effect of mycelium growth on Pleurotus citrinopileatus was carried out with Pennisetum giganteum as the main material.On the basis of single factor experiment on water content of culture medium,inoculation amount,pH and culture temperature,L9(34)orthogonal experiment was carried out to optimize the cultivation conditions with mycelium growth comprehensive evaluation as the index.The results show that when the amount of Pennisetum giganteum is 40%,the mycelium is white and sturdy,and the growth cycle is the shortest.The optimal culture conditions are as follows:water content of culture medium 60%,inoculation 8%,pH 6.5,and culture temperature 25℃.The results can provide theoretical reference for the development and utilization of Pennisetum giganteum resources and cultivation of Pleurotus citrinopileatus in Yan′an area.
