摘要
大规模电商平台——淘宝平台产生了巨大笔记本电脑数据,这些数据蕴含了潜在的笔记本电脑商品知识,这些知识能够为商家和客户提供智能支持。利用数据挖掘方法,对19069个笔记本电脑商品的相关数据进行分析,获得笔记本电脑的品牌市场份额、价格分布、历史销量等知识;使用自然语言处理技术,对57万条购买笔记本电脑的用户评论进行情感分析,挖掘出负面情感的相关词分布,为商家改进产品服务提供知识来源。该分析方法可以拓展到其它商品类别,进而可以帮助电商平台改进服务,提升用户体验。
The large-scale e-commerce platform,Taobao,has produced huge netbook computer data,which contains potential knowledge of netbook computers,which can provide intelligent support for merchants and customers.By using the methad of data mining,the relevant data of 19069 netbook products are analyzed,and the knowledge of brand market share,price distribution and historical sales of notebook computers are obtained;Using natural language processing technology,570000 user comments on notebook computers are analyzed,and the distribution of related words of negative emotion is excavated,so as to provide a source of knowledge for businesses to improve their products and sevvices.This analysis method can be extended to other commodity categories,and then can help e-commerce platform to improve services and enhance user experience.
