新型静电聚结脱水技术在分离器中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对海上某油田井液含水高、乳化严重、性质复杂,常规油水分离器分离效果下降,导致分离设备尺寸增大和数量增多,造成平台或处理系统的造价和运行能耗大等问题,采用新型静电聚结脱水技术,将其与常规分离技术相结合,在保留常规分离器功能的基础上,增加静电聚结相关设施,提高分离器分离效率。该技术在实际应用中表明,增加静电聚结设施后,处理含水质量分数30%~40%的原油,分离器出口原油含水质量分数约1%,排水含油质量浓度下降至100mg/L。 Due to the high water content,serious emulsification and complex properties of well fluid in an offshore oilfield,the separation effect of the conventional oil-water separator is reduced which leads to the increase of separation equipment size and quantity,resulting in the high cost and operation energy consumption of platform or processing system.A novel type of electrostatic coalescence dehydration technology is used,combined with the conventional separation technology,on the basis of preserving conventional separator function,electrostatic coalescence related facilities are increased,and the separation efficiency is improved.The application of this technology in the offshore oil-water separator shows that after using the electrostatic coalescence facilities,the water mass fraction of the crude oil exported from the separator reaches 1%compared with that of 30%-40%in the crude oil before treatment,and the oil mass concentration of the drainage drops to 100 mg/L.
