摘要
海洋采油平台压力容器受到海洋高盐雾环境、涂层、保温、介质等因素的影响,容易产生局部腐蚀。为有效解决压力容器容易产生局部腐蚀的问题,对海洋采油平台压力容器局部严重腐蚀后的强度进行校核并采取应对措施,为海洋采油平台压力容器的腐蚀计算和维修提供一定的借鉴作用,从而保证海洋采油平台的安全运行。
The pressure vessel of offshore oil production platform is affected by high salt fog environment,coating,heat preservation and medium,which is prone to produce local corrosion.In order to solve the problem,the strength of the pressure vessel after local serious corrosion is checked and the measures are taken to provide reference for the corrosion calculation and maintenance of the pressure vessel,so as to ensure the safe operation of the offshore oil production platform.
