Discussion on the Whole Life Cycle Asset Management Mode of Tobacco Enterprises

资产管理是企业管理的重要内容之一,也是很多国有企业管理中面临的难题之一。能否管好国有资产将直接影响企业的经营效益。通过加强资产管理,可以优化资源配置,提高投入产出效率。论文以山东日照烟草为例,从资产管理体系构建、资产投入管理、日常管理、处置管理、考核监督及信息化建设等方面,对烟草企业实施全生命周期资产管理模式进行探讨。

Asset management is one of the important contents of enterprise management,and it is also one of the difficult problems faced by many state-owned enterprises in management.Whether the state-owned assets can be well managed will directly affect the operating benefits of enterprises.By strengthening asset management,we can optimize resource allocation and improve input-output efficiency.Taking Shandong Rizhao Tobacco as an example,this paper discusses the implementation of whole life cycle asset management mode for tobacco enterprises from the aspects of asset management system construction,asset investment management,daily management,disposal management,assessment and supervision,informatization construction and so on.
