基层党建“有力度”社区治理“有温度”

Grassroots Party Building"with Strength"and Community Governance"with Temperature"

党的十九届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化若干重大问题的决定》提出“坚持和完善共建共治共享的社会治理制度”“建设人人有责、人人尽责、人人共享的社会治理共同体”。近年来,浙江省衢州市柯城区在社区治理上,瞄准居民实际需求,把事情办到老百姓心坎上,让群众切实感受到了社区治理的“温度”。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China adopted the"Decision of the Communist Party of China Central Committee on Several Major Issues Concerning Upholding and Improving the Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics,Promoting the Modernization of the National Governance System and Governance Ability",which proposed"upholding and improving the social governance system of co-building,co-governance and sharing"and"building a social governance community in which everyone is responsible,everyone does their part and everyone is sharing".In recent years,Kecheng District,Quzhou City,Zhejiang Province,aims at the actual needs of the residents in community governance,makes the people satisfied with what they have done,and makes the masses actually feel the"temperature"of community governance.
