Analysis of the Reform of Accounting Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of the Transformation of Old and New Driving Forces

现在中国经济正处在新旧动能转换的关键期,面对新旧动能变革的重要战略部署,高职院校教育需要进行会计人才的适应性改革。论文介绍了新旧动能对高职院校会计教学的重要影响,对当今时代背景下所需的人才进行分析,分析当下高职会计教学过程中存在的问题,最后为构建面向社会需求的人才培养逻辑提出针对性的解决建议。

Now China's economy is in the critical period of the transformation of old and new driving forces.Faced with the important strategic deployment of the transformation of old and new driving forces,higher vocational education needs to carry out the adaptive reform of accounting personnel.This paper introduces the important influence of new and old driving forces on accounting teaching in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the talents needed under the current background,analyzes the problems existing in the current accounting teaching process in higher vocational colleges,and finally puts forward targeted solutions for the construction of talent cultivation logic facing the social needs.
