摘要
论文在国内员工福利体系研究的基础上,探究当前中国职业培训建设发展的状况,研究发现国内现阶段的职业培训体系仍旧存在着如内涵界定不清、责任主体缺失、资源分散且缺乏等一系列问题,最后就相应问题现象提出具体的措施。
Based on the research of domestic employee welfare system,this paper explores the current situation of China's vocational training construction and development.After the research of this paper,it is found that there are still a series of problems existing in the current domestic vocational training system,such as unclear definition of connotation,lack of responsibility subject,decentralization and lack of resources,and so on.Finally,the paper puts forward specific measures for the corresponding problems and phenomena.
